We want you to be satisfied with your experience on imgs2. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, cancellations, and credit adjustments are handled.
1. Subscription Management
1.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
1.2 Subscription Changes
Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Subscription Refunds (Within 7 Days)
Full refund within 7 days of initial payment, provided less than 20% of credits have been consumed.
2.2 Technical Issue Refunds
Evaluated case-by-case for persistent technical issues preventing Service use.
2.3 Duplicate Charges
Promptly refunded upon verification.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Used credits, free/promotional credits, expired subscriptions, and accounts terminated for policy violations are non-refundable.
4. Credit Expiration
Subscription credits expire at billing period end. One-time purchased credits do not expire while account is active. Promotional credits have specified expiration dates.
5. How to Request a Refund
Contact us at support@gptimgs2.art with your account email, order ID, and reason. We aim to process within 5-7 business days.
6. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.
